Returns

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@kathleenogradydesign.com within 7 days of receiving the item and await our instructions before proceeding.   

All returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with original tags attached. Return to the following address:

You must enclose proof of purchase, which is the receipt that was emailed to you when you placed your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes and duties incurred for returned items. We recommend you insure the item and use a trackable delivery service. We cannot accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will determine eligibility for refund within 5 business days of receiving the item and notify you by email whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be applied according to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please email us at info@kathleenogradydesign.com within 7 days of receiving the item to request an exchange. Keep in mind that our garments are produced in small runs using specialty fabrics available in limited quantities. We will confirm by email whether we have the stock available and whether the exchange has been authorized. Once you receive authorization, please ship the item to the address above. All exchanged items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with original tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage. For purchases within Canada, we will ship the new size to you at no cost one time only. Free shipping does not apply for sale items or for purchases outside Canada. For any additional exchanges for the same order, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. 

Refused or unclaimed packages are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
